Schelli Cronk is the Director of Development & Strategy at The Center for Faith, Sexuality & Gender. With more than 20 years of leadership in nonprofit management and organizational development, Schelli brings a passion for building systems, teams, and partnerships that help ministries flourish. She has served with Transform Minnesota for 18 years, over a decade of which as Chief Operating Officer, and also leads the Twin Cities local chapter of the AND Campaign, fostering faith-based civic engagement in her community. Schelli lives in Chaska, Minnesota, and loves spending time with her husband, their two adult children and daughter-in-law, extended family, and friends—especially during Minnesota’s beautiful summers.
