Wesley is the author of the well-known book Washed and Waiting: Reflections on Christian Faithfulness and Homosexuality, which is an autobiographical account of Wesley’s journey as a gay Christian pursuing celibacy. Wesley is the author of several other books and is Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Trinity School for Ministry.
